Limited Warranty The Limited Warranty And Limits Of Liability Contained Herein Are In Lieu Of All Other Warranties, Indemnifications, And/Or Liabilities, Express Or Implied. All products sold are warranted by Ehnes Company Incorporated (Ehnes Co, Inc.) only to purchasers for resale or for use in business, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use, for 60 days after date of purchase. Any product which is returned and determined by Ehnes Co, Inc. to be defective in material or workmanship will be, as the purchaser’s Exclusive Remedy, repaired or replaced, or at Ehnes Co, Inc. option the purchase price may be refunded. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Expressly disclaims any Liability for consequential and/or incidental damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, attorneys fees, or any other incidental or consequential loss. Payment Policy Checks received with orders will be deposited upon receipt. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, back orders do occur; these items will be shipped as we have them in stock. Non Truck shipped orders paid by credit card will be charged when order is placed for in stock merchandise; backordered items will not be charged until merchandise is available for shipment. We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping which may cause a delay of up to 10 business days. There will be a $20.00 service charge for all returned checks.

Return Procedure Items can be returned within 30 days with proper authorization (obtain a return control number) Returns on damaged shipments require carrier (UPS, Parcel Post, etc.) notification before calling customer service for return authorization. All returns must be made within 30 days.  Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Information Standard Ground Shipments We ship your order using the most efficient method. With all shipments, you can be sure that the most economical shipping method is chosen unless another method is requested. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers, please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery. Please allow at least 10 business days delivery before calling on your order status.

Delivery Normal shipping is UPS, other delivery methods are available upon request. All overseas shipments will be routed at our discretion. Same day delivery is often available, depending on the time of day and destination. There is a $25.00 service charge for same-day delivery, in addition to the regular freight charge.

Domestic Orders Quantity prices are quoted FOB Origin Lebanon, MO unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to commercial invoice. Orders may be shipped collect with customer’s preferred carrier. All COD shipments will include a COD fee on each and every package in addition to the shipping and handling charge. Shipments will be insured according to value at our discretion.

Canada Orders Prices are quoted EXW Origin Lebanon, MO according to Incoterms 1990 in US dollars. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to commercial invoice. Orders may be shipped collect with customer’s preferred carrier. Payments must be made in US funds. Buyer is responsible for all brokerage fees, taxes and duties. No minimum purchase amount for Canadian orders.

Backorders Items temporarily out of stock will be back ordered. Back-ordered items will normally be shipped the same day we have your items in stock.

Choice of Law The terms of sale for purchases from this Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri as applied to contracts made and to be performed in Missouri. Any action(s) arising out of such purchases must be brought in to courts in Missouri. Purchasers consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Missouri and to service of process by registered mail, return receipt requested, or by any other manner provided by law.

Entire Agreement By placement of an order, or by acceptance of goods ordered, buyer signifies agreement that no terms, conditions or warranties other than those stated here, and no agreement or understanding, oral or written in any way purporting to modify terms, conditions and /or warranties, whether contained in buyer’s purchase order or elsewhere, shall be binding on Ehnes Co, Inc. unless made in writing and signed by an officer of the Company.
